Really enjoyed staff and location, they were pleasant. Good bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, comfortable bedroom. Friendly check in and late check out. Plus their wifi was good. It was set in a lovely area...

there was a tram stop close by. i have stayed here during my trips so far, and it is still a nice experience.
